Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking a Production Test Specialist to support the lab operations at our Dallas test facility. You will work with ATE equipment, device handlers, and related tooling to perform qualification, characterization, reliability, wafer probe, and sample processing tasks.

Collaborate with engineers and technicians across functional lines, follow work orders and SWR/ISA, document observations, and set up equipment while adhering to lab specifications and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all documented information is correct and entered in a timely manner

• Follow established lab specifications and procedures

About the job:

Texas Instruments is looking for a Production Test Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be supporting the operation's environment at test lab site. In test/probe environment operates various ATE equipment and device handler in performing functions such as qualification, characterization, reliability, wafer probe, and device sample processes. This also includes laser marking, package inspection, device changes and/or tool kits setup. You will interface and communicate with engineering and business units across the lab to ensure all issues are solved appropriately and efficiently.
