Job summary

Linde plc is seeking a safety‑driven professional to operate and monitor plant processes, coordinating permits and equipment isolations as needed. You will maintain production records, support SOPs, and communicate process conditions to customers and facility management.

The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while upholding environmental compliance and training initiatives across the site.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control process units and equipment in field and from control station to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Monitor plant performance and proactively identify issues before they arise.
• Coordinate work requests, permits and equipment isolations for safe return to normal operations.
• Provide frontline communication to customers and facility management regarding product and process conditions and supply status.
• Maintain production records and implement SOPs for starting and stopping major equipment to ensure reliability.
• Contribute to improving and updating standard operating procedures and safety programs.
• Assist with process training, PSM and environmental compliance documentation and routine maintenance.
