TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our team in a fast-paced PCB production environment. You will read orders, set up and operate machinery, and monitor product quality to ensure specifications are met.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job orders and customer specs.
• Set up and operate machinery per processes.
• Evaluate product quality and document results.
• Record defects and quality data in the system.
• Escalate issues to technicians or engineering.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Report accidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
• Cross-train on operations across areas.
