Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator to join our weekend team.

You will read job orders, follow work instructions, and operate a variety of production equipment to meet quality standards. Responsibilities include setting up machines, interpreting traveler and routing sheets, inspecting in-process and finished products, and maintaining safety and documentation in accordance with EHS policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret job travelers, work orders, and routing sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Comfortable working with computers and basic software.
• Ability to work with little supervision and in small teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery per orders and specs.
• Interpret job travelers, verify material and quantities, ensure documentation is complete.
• Inspect in-process and finished products, identify and segregate non-conforming items.
• Follow safety policies, wear PPE, and report incidents.
• Communicate status and issues during shift handoffs; support cross-training across zones.
