Vital Lyfe in Torrance, CA is hiring a Production Associate for our on-site Operations team. You’ll assemble components, operate tools, and ensure each unit meets our quality standards on a fast-moving production line.

This entry-level role requires a high school diploma or GED, reliable attendance, and the ability to read work instructions. You’ll work with production leads and engineers to improve safety and throughput.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components, subassemblies and finished products following work instructions and drawings.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and light production equipment safely.
• Inspect parts and finished units for defects; document quality issues.
• Package, label and stage finished goods for shipping.
• Track materials and consumables at station and report shortages.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning, maintenance and changeovers.
• Hit daily production and quality targets as part of a team.
• Suggest improvements to stations, workflows and safety practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
