Ultimate Staffing is currently looking to fill 2 Production Technician positions location Sunnyvale, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM

We are seeking an intelligent, driven, and detail‑oriented Production Technician to support our Production team. In this role, you will help build, install, prepare, and test components across multiple product lines. You may also assist with Quality Assurance, Operations, Service, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and other related tasks.

You should be a "roll up your sleeves" type of person who thrives in a dynamic, startup‑like environment and is eager to learn and contribute across departments.

Responsibilities
  • Build a variety of assemblies across all product lines by following technical drawings, verbal instructions, and established procedures.
  • Perform basic soldering, wiring, electronic assembly, mechanical assembly, and appropriately use related tools.
  • Troubleshoot simple electronic assemblies, wiring issues, and mechanical components.
  • Assist in creating or developing tooling and fixtures used in production.
  • Support continuous improvement of production line performance, efficiency, and product quality.
  • Assist with data collection, preparation, analysis, and procedural development.
  • Contribute to Lean practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain a clean workspace (5S).
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field (production, assembly, or manufacturing).
  • Strong production, assembly, and manufacturing skill sets.
  • Ability to interpret written, verbal, diagram, or schedule-based instructions.
  • Basic understanding of process improvement with attention to data accuracy.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple objectives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Experience working in a startup or rapidly evolving environment.
