Job summary

Vital Lyfe is seeking a Production Associate in Torrance, CA to assemble components and finished products on a fast-moving line, following precise work instructions. You will operate hand and power tools, inspect units for quality, and contribute to a team focused on safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, can read drawings or instructions, and maintain reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components, subassemblies and finished products following work instructions and drawings.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and light production equipment safely.
• Inspect parts and finished units for defects; flag and document quality issues.
• Package, label and stage finished goods for shipping.
• Track materials and consumables at your station and report shortages.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning, maintenance and changeovers.
• Hit daily production and quality targets as part of a team.
• Suggest improvements to stations, workflows and safety practices.
• Keep a clean, organized work area (5S) and follow all safety procedures, safety comes first.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned, and support other teams or areas as business needs require
