THRIFT TOWN STORES, LLC is seeking a dependable production teammate to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will help move products through the production process safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Qualifications

In this role, you will help support daily operations by assisting with the efficient, safe, and accurate movement of products through the production process. Responsibilities

• Assist with production activities to meet daily output and quality goals
• Operate equipment and tools as directed, following all safety and operational procedures
• Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Package, label, sort, and prepare products for the next stage of processing or shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow established workflows, standard operating procedures, and team instructions
• Identify and report production issues, equipment concerns, or safety hazards promptly
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to support production schedules

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a production, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environment is a plus
