Responsibilities
- Promotes a positive work environment by maintaining a safe work area and ensuring that team members have the knowledge, skills and appropriate tools to perform their assigned duties and a thorough understanding of their performance expectations.
- Responsible for safety equipment and active participation in safety program and hazard analysis. Wears appropriate PPE for task.
- Responsible for reporting all near misses, accidents, and dangerous occurrences through the appropriate Company procedures to ensure an investigation is initiated.
- Completes batch records in accordance with FDA and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) guidelines.
- Ensures a level of housekeeping appropriate for a pharmaceutical manufacturer and maintains 5S areas.
- Demonstrates technical proficiency and self‑assuredness in applying cGMP standards; provides process support and troubleshooting necessary to meet all customer requirements.
- Ensures that waste is appropriately characterized, labelled, stored, and disposed in compliance with all Company, state and federal regulations. Works collaboratively with Environmental, Health & Safety, as appropriate.
- Active member of Emergency Response Team. Participates in Emergency Response Training and related activities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1‑2 years experience in regulated manufacturing facility
- Able to lift 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds using available material‑handling equipment; obtain and maintain certification as forklift operator
- Must be willing to work a rotating shift
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret English‑language; strong written and verbal communication skills; good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions with guidance from senior team members or supervisor
- While performing the duties of this job it is required to stand, walk, and use hands to operate objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands or arms; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch when necessary for job activity.

Salary Range
$30.00–$32.00/hour base salary. This range is a good‑faith estimate of the compensation we expect to offer for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. In exceptional cases, compensation may exceed the stated range.
All full‑time employees are eligible to participate in our annual incentive bonus program. Bonus targets vary by career level and are based on individual and company performance.
