Job summary

ITU AbsorbTech is seeking a Production Operator for our New Berlin, WI facility. You will participate in processing and organizing floor mats, towels, uniforms, and Sorbits® by sorting, folding, counting, and preparing items for delivery.

The role emphasizes a strong safety mindset, physical stamina, and teamwork. The first shift runs 5:30am–1:30pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position (pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50lbs, standing/walking for duration of shift)
• A good attitude, team player, attention to detail, and a focus on safety

Description

ITU AbsorbTech is hiring a full-time Production Operator to join our team in New Berlin, WI.

Our production facilities process industrial laundry: we wash, dry, prepare, and organize floor mats, shop towels, uniforms and Sorbits®, our own absorbent brand line of products. Items that need to be cleaned come to our production facility directly from the customer.

In this role, you will:

• Sort, fold, separate and count received items
• Inspect garments for rips and tears
• Package products to be delivered to customers

* This is a physically demanding position that requires pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 30 lbs on a repetitive basis.

Pay:$17.47 an hour.

1st Shift Hours: 5:30am-1:30pm, Monday through Friday. No weekends, no holidays!
