Job summary

ITU AbsorbTech is hiring a Production Operator in Neenah, Wisconsin. You will load and unload box trucks, sort, fold, separate and count received items, and operate industrial-sized washers and dryers.

This is a physically demanding position requiring lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and a safety-focused, team-oriented attitude. The shift is 1st, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays. Benefits include onsite medical and other coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs on a continuous basis.
• Able to stand for an 8-hour shift with a good attitude and safety focus.

Description

ITU AbsorbTech is hiring a Production Operator to join our team in Neenah, WI.

In this role, you will:

• Load and unload box trucks
• Sort, fold, separate and count received items
• Load, unload, and operate industrial-sized washers and driers

* This is a physically demanding position that requires pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis.

Pay: $17.72 an hour + $1,500 sign on bonus within 90 days.

1st Shift Schedule: 5am to 1:30pm, Monday-Friday. No weekends, no holidays.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position (pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50lbs, standing/walking for an 8-hour shift)
• A good attitude, team player, attention to detail, and a focus on safety
