Job summary

The Shade Store in La Crosse, VA is seeking a Production Associate II to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble fabricated parts, run production equipment, and perform tests or calibrations to meet tolerances and specifications, following written instructions.

This is a hands-on, entry-level to mid-level role that supports continuous improvement. You will work under supervision, cross-train, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while adhering to quality standards and production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and basic math skills.
• Able to read and understand work orders and requirements.
• Experience in assembly/production preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of basic production and assembly processes by following work instructions.
• Operates production machines and uses hand tools to assemble products.
• Receive training from supervisor and other technicians in various disciplines.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow safety regulations.
• Packs finished product as instructed and participates in continuous improvement efforts.
