Job summary

ELANTAS North America, LLC is seeking a Production Worker to perform hands-on assembly using hand and power tools, following batch recipes with precision and attention to detail. The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining strict safety and housekeeping standards.

The position supports packaging finished goods for shipment and may require shifts, overtime, and weekend work as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Basic Math skills.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Able to multitask in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience with production equipment and machinery preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts, overtime and weekends as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and power tools to assemble products.
• Must be able to follow instructions and pay good attention to detail.
• Must understand how to precisely follow a batch production recipe in order to safely produce a quality product.
• Package finished products for shipment or distribution.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time and occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Have a strong commitment to adhere to safety and housekeeping expectations.
