Cornerstone Building Brands in Dallas, TX is hiring a Production Associate 1 to join our manufacturing team. You will operate production equipment, fabricate parts, handle materials, and perform quality checks to ensure product integrity.

You will read work orders and drawings, measure with precision tools, and maintain a clean, safe work area. We value teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail as you support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with colleagues to meet daily

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Proficient with basic hand tools and power equipment
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Basic math skills with fractions and decimals
• Experience with tape measure reading
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable attendance
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and assemble parts according to procedures
• Fabricate and produce component parts for final assembly
