The Shade Store is seeking a Maintenance Technician Level II for on-site work in South Hill, VA to keep production equipment running smoothly. You will perform maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair a range of manufacturing machinery with a focus on quality and safety.

We value strong hands-on skills with electrical, PLC basics, sewing, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, along with OSHA compliance. The role requires 2–4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing and the ability to lift 50

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventative maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, sewing machines
• Repair and maintain machinery such as punch machines, saws, drill stations, sewing equipment, cutting machines and sealing machines
• Service air compressors and HVAC systems
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement solutions
• Ensure equipment meets quality and safety standards
• Train and assist Technician I employees
