Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Seguin, Texas is seeking a Production Technician II to join our Power Generation assembly team. You will assemble, test, and troubleshoot engines and generators, aligning components per work instructions and maintaining quality throughout the process.

Minimum 4 months in manufacturing, mechanical aptitude, and ability to read and interpret documents in English are required. Forklift operation experience is a plus; training on 1st shift through 2026 may apply.
