Job summary

Polyzen, LLC, a leader in polymer-based materials for the medical device industry, seeks a Production Technician II in Apex, NC. The role focuses on manufacturing high-quality products and assemblies, following GMP and GDP guidelines, and contributing to continuous improvement in safety, quality, and costs.

You will work 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:00 pm–1:00 am) to support development and production lines, document production metrics, and assist with machine setup and inspections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in manufacturing or cleanroom environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP.
• Ability to perform math calculations with measurements.
• Good communication and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, SOPs, and batch records.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble products and sub-assemblies per specs and tolerances.
• Follow GMP and GDP in daily tasks.
• Verify material accuracy using production travelers and docs.
• Assist with machine loading, material positioning, and setup.
• Record yield, tolerances, and material quality metrics.
• Support visual inspection and cleanroom area upkeep.
