Job summary

Polyzen is a leading developer and manufacturer of polymer-based materials for the medical device industry. The Production Technician II will manufacture and assemble products and sub-assemblies, following GMP and GDP, to meet quality standards.

The role supports development and production lines on a 2nd shift (3:00 pm–1:00 am) and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. Prior manufacturing and cleanroom experience is required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in manufacturing or cleanroom.
• Familiarity with GMP and GDP.
• Ability to read blueprints and SOPs.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble products and sub-assemblies per specs and tolerances.
• Follow GMP and GDP in daily tasks.
• Use production travelers to verify raw-material accuracy before runs.
• Assist senior operators with machine setup and material placement.
• Document production metrics such as yields and tolerances.
