Job summary

Polyzen, a leading developer and manufacturer in the medical device materials space, seeks a Production Technician II in Apex, NC for on-site work on the 1st shift. You will manufacture and assemble products and sub-assemblies, adhering to GMP and GDP, and use travelers to verify raw materials before runs.

You will support setting up runs, document metrics, perform initial visual inspection, and assist with cleanroom duties to help meet monthly production goals and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in manufacturing or cleanroom environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP.
• Ability to solve mathematical equations with units of measure.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, blueprints, manuals and batch records.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble products and sub-assemblies within specifications and tolerances.
• Follow GMP and GDP documentation practices in daily tasks.
• Use production travelers and documents to verify raw material accuracy.
• Assist senior operators with loading machines and setup of runs.
• Document production metrics such as yield and material quality.
• Assist with visual inspection and cleanroom duties.
