Job summary

Polyzen is seeking a Production Technician II to manufacture and assemble products and sub-assemblies in Apex, NC. The role supports development and production lines, focusing on quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include following GMP/GDP, documenting materials, assisting with machine setup, measuring with precision tools, and helping maintain cleanroom standards. Requires 2–3 years in manufacturing or cleanroom and strong math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, SOPs, and batch records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble products and sub-assemblies within specifications and tolerances.
• Follow GMP and GDP in daily tasks.
• Use production travelers and docs to verify material accuracy before runs.
• Assist senior operators with loading machines and setting up runs.
• Record production metrics like yield, tolerances, and material quality.
• Assist with cleaning of cleanroom areas and gowning procedures.
