LGC Biosearch Technologies seeks a Production Technician II in Minnesota to independently construct and test automated lab equipment per specifications and customer expectations. You will work across production, service, and engineering teams, handling assembly, testing, and quality checks, while contributing to process improvements.

The role requires strong collaboration, attention to CAD schematics, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or industrial production experience.
• Experience in automated manufacturing or testing environments preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical tooling.
• Knowledge of measuring and calibration equipment.

Responsabilités

• Assemble, test, and validate automated lab equipment per specifications and customer requirements.
• Follow labor standards, create work instructions, and support Kanban inventory system.
• Mentor less experienced staff and collaborate with Engineering and Service teams.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Communicate instrument status to team managers and stakeholders.
