Job summary

Bio-Techne in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Technician to support lab staff in building and manufacturing science products. You will assemble, label, record data, operate equipment, and help maintain production flow in a controlled lab setting.

This full‑time in‑person role requires a HS diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree. You’ll work with semi‑automated instruments, follow SOPs, ensure safety, and contribute to process

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
2–4 years relevant experience or up to 2 years with an associate.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle lab tasks safely.

Responsibilities

Assemble and produce products ranging from low to moderately complex, following established specifications.
Collect, interpret, and summarize data for low‐ to moderate‐complexity workflows.
Verify proper operation of lab and manufacturing equipment and escalate issues as needed.
Operate, calibrate, and ensure the proper functionality of semi‐automated manufacturing instruments.
Apply SOPs and follow safety and regulatory requirements in chemical handling.
