Job summary

Intandem in New York seeks a Production Technician to ensure accurate completion of customer work orders on the production floor. You will apply basic skills while developing specialized procedures, operations, and tools in the department.

You will work within established work instructions and safety policies, handling light assembly, packaging, shrink wrap andkitting tasks. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Three to five (3-5) years manufacturing experience including light assembly, packaging, shrink wrap and kitting.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and air assembly tools, familiar with woodworking equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate completion of customers’ work orders on the production floor.
• Apply basic skills while developing specialized skills in procedures, operations, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment.
• Work within established procedures and/or defined work instructions.
