Job summary

Point Blank Enterprises in North Carolina is seeking a Production Technician II to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will safely handle materials, operate trim, gluer, and rivet functions, and help ensure quality by following specifications and MSDS guidelines.

The role requires basic math and reading/writing skills, the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and a willingness to perform various floor duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math skills sufficient for each specialty area.
• Basic reading and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Safely handling materials, tools, and supplies used in the department.
• Ensuring product parts are correct and properly cut for quality.
• Performing some minor machine maintenance as required.
• Recognizing malfunctions and notifying group leader promptly.
• Meeting schedules and maintaining quality daily.
• Filling in on any position on the production floor as required.
• Following safety rules and using PPE as required.
• Keeping a safe, clean, and organized workstation.
• Suggesting improvements for safety, quality, and housekeeping.
• Keeping equipment and tools stored properly.
• Notifying group leader of supply shortages.
• Knowing MSDS information.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
