Job summary

Point Blank Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician I to assemble fixtures and support manufacturing activities in line with procedures, schedules, quality, and safety standards. You will help with CNC operations, material handling, packaging, and shipping to keep production flowing.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing materials and components.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with hand/power tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to read English work instructions and production docs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in assembly.
• Ability to work independently and with others in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR (ITAR data access).

Responsibilities

• Assemble fixtures per work instructions and priorities.
• Ensure assembly meets quality standards and specs.
• Communicate progress, shortages, equipment concerns, and quality issues to supervisor.
• Assist with packaging, preparing and shipping finished products and materials.
• Support CNC operations with material loading/unloading and maintenance per supervisor.
• Operate hand tools and power tools as required.
• Perform basic visual inspections and report defects.
• Follow production procedures, safety guidelines, and export control requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team to support schedules and workflow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
