Keurig Dr Pepper in St. Louis, MO is hiring a Production Technician II to operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain packaging equipment in a state-of-the-art aseptic facility.

You will support continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture while complying with all standards. The role requires 2 years of experience with automated machinery, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to work on a 2nd shift with overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment.
• 1 year experience monitoring and performing product quality testing; computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Basic math skills for production calculations and loss/waste analysis.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and stand on the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties with a safety-first approach.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized at all times.
• Set up machinery and replenish production materials as needed.
• Operate and monitor line for defective materials and ensure line quality.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Record data such as charts and process adjustments based on findings.
• Perform Autonomous (AM) and Preventative (PM) maintenance activities.
• Conduct machine changeovers and sanitize all equipment.
