Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is hiring a Production Technician II in Northlake, IL to operate and maintain aseptic manufacturing equipment on a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 1:30pm–10:00pm). You will monitor lines, perform adjustments, and help improve safety, quality, and efficiency. Domestic travel during training may be required.

The role requires experience with automated machinery, data recording, and basic math for yield analysis; physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment.
• 1 year in monitoring and performing product quality testing; computer skills required.
• Basic math for production calculations and loss/waste analysis.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds frequently; standing on manufacturing floor.
• Aseptic manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production and packaging equipment.
• Set up machinery and replenish production materials as needed.
• Monitor line for defects and ensure quality.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments; document data and changes.
• Carry out autonomous (AM) and preventative (PM) maintenance tasks.
• Complete machine changeovers and sanitize equipment.
