Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Production Technician I for night shift in the Huntington Beach/Fountain Valley area. You will operate production equipment, prep batches, monitor processes, and perform basic testing to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• Experience around machinery and chemicals preferred.
• High attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

Hands-on Production Tech - guaranteed OT! Earn $2,133–$2,180 every two weeks, with a 12-hour night shift, 3-day weekend every other week, and 2 days off mid-week.

Pay: $23.00–$23.50/hr + guaranteed overtime every shift

Schedule: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM | 12-hour 2/3/2 schedule

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in Huntington Beach. You’ll operate production equipment, prepare batches, monitor processes, perform basic in-process testing, and help ensure production runs safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate production equipment and machinery.
• Prepare and process batches according to established procedures.
• Monitor equipment and production processes using HMI systems.
• Operate pumps, mixers, centrifuges, conveyors, dryers, and other equipment.
• Perform basic in-process testing and accurately document production results.
• Perform equipment cleaning and CIP procedures.
• Follow all safety procedures when working with chemicals and industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate with supervisors, maintenance, and engineering as needed.
• Safely operate forklifts, lifts, and other equipment as required.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Comfortable working around machinery and chemicals.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work a 12-hour overnight schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Preferred: Experience with process manufacturing, batch production, HMI systems, chemical manufacturing, CIP, forklift/lift equipment, or HAZWOPER.

Schedule

6:00 PM–6:00 AM

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
• Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

This position includes guaranteed overtime every shift, as well as weekends, holiday work (at holiday pay rate)
