Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Production Technician I for night shift in the Huntington Beach/Fountain Valley area. You will operate production equipment, prep batches, monitor processes, and perform basic testing to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing.

The role includes guaranteed overtime and a fast-paced, hands-on environment. We offer competitive pay, medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401(k), and PTO with holiday pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• Experience around machinery and chemicals preferred.
• High attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment and machinery.
• Prepare and process batches per procedures.
• Monitor processes using HMI systems and document results.
• Operate pumps, mixers, conveyors, dryers, and related equipment.
• Perform basic in-process testing and cleaning per CIP and safety rules.
• Adhere to safety policies when handling chemicals and equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with supervisors and maintenance.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment as required.
