Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Production Technician - Kiefel in Marion, NC to support the manufacturing of life-sustaining bags. This salaried non-exempt role operates and maintains a Kiefel machine, performs quality checks and supports production with safety and cgmp standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Basic English communication skills for teamwork.
• Ability to read and follow safety and quality instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust a Kiefel machine via control panel and manual tweaks.
• Load production supplies and maintain material flow per production needs.
• Perform quality checks and document results in logs or POMS system.
• Identify and address inefficiencies and stop machine if needed.
• Ensure finished bags meet quality standards and safely store products.
• Complete machine changeovers and support IPSO testing and packaging.
• Maintain clean, safe work area following 6S and SOPs.
