Baxter International Inc. is hiring a Production Technician - Kiefel to support our manufacturing operations. You will operate and monitor a Kiefel machine, perform quality checks, load supplies, and help ensure timely production of life-saving products.

The role emphasizes safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Strong attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to follow SOPs and 6S practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires basic English communication, both written and oral.
• Requires ability to perform basic mathematics and read instructions.
• Proficient in using basic measuring tools (calipers, gauges, rulers).
• Must be able to follow safety and quality guidelines (cGMP, SOPs).

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust a Kiefel machine using controls or manual adjustments.
• Load and replenish production supplies to meet production needs.
• Perform scheduled quality checks and dispose of products as needed.
• Inspect finished product and ensure quality standards are met.
• Document information in manufacturing logs or POMS system.
• Identify and address inefficiencies in machine performance.
• Support machine changeovers and packaging of IPSO orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following 6S principles.
