Job summary

Baxter in Marion, North Carolina, is hiring a Production Technician I (Kiefel) for the 7:00pm–7:00am shift. You will operate a Kiefel machine, monitor production, perform quality checks, and document data while ensuring safety and adherence to cGMP standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–2 years production technician or manufacturing experience.
• Basic English written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a Kiefel machine using the control panel or manual adjustments.
• Load and replenish production supplies to match production needs.
• Perform scheduled quality checks and disposition products.
• Inspect finished products for quality standards.
• Document required information in manufacturing logs or POMS system.
• Identify and address inefficiencies in machine performance.
