Job summary

Toray Advanced Composites in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking an entry-level Production Technician I to support the manufacturing line. You will learn quality checks, assist senior operators, and help with material handling, setup, and routine maintenance under close supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 to 1 year of experience working with composites or production.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Math and basic computer skills required (math test is given during interview).
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and work under close supervision to complete allocated tasks.
• Set up and operate machines for advanced composite materials with oversight.
• Escalate equipment and production issues to Lead/Supervisor.
• Participate in safety procedures and PPE usage to maintain a safe work environment.
• Wrap, label, and prepare product for processing, and assist with loading/unloading.
