Staffmark Group in Searcy, AR is seeking a Production Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will assemble components, operate basic production tools, and ensure safety and quality standards while supporting production goals.

Work hours are 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday, with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour and weekly pay. This role emphasizes teamwork, dependable attendance, and opportunities for skill development in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training beneficial.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, procedures and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components in sidewall, flooring, roof, and main assembly areas.
• Use hand tools, including rivet guns, to complete production tasks.
• Work from ladders and in various assembly positions, including kneeling.
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards in a fast-paced environment.
