Staffmark Group in Searcy, AR is seeking a Production Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will assemble components, operate basic production tools, and ensure safety and quality standards while supporting production goals.

Work hours are 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday, with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour and weekly pay. This role emphasizes teamwork, dependable attendance, and opportunities for skill development in a safety-focused environment.

Job Duties

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Technician.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Steel-toed shoes are required on the production floor
• Use a variety of hand tools, including rivet guns
• Work on their knees frequently; kneepads are provided
