Job summary

Staffmark Group in Gravette, AR is hiring a Production Associate to contribute to manufacturing of quality products on the 7 am-4 pm, Monday–Friday schedule. You will perform warehouse tasks, follow safety rules, and help meet production goals.

High school diploma or GED preferred; prior warehouse or production experience is a plus. Competitive weekly pay at $15.00/hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written work instructions, procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, inputting, sorting, loading, and unloading products.
• Organize stock, maintain inventory, and process, pack, and ship orders.
• Inspect products for defects and report damages.
