Job summary

NexForm, headquartered in Battle Creek, Michigan, is seeking a Production Team Member to join our fast-paced manufacturing floor. You will report to the Production Supervisor and support multiple shifts in a dynamic environment.

Starting at $16.50 per hour, with a second shift premium, this role emphasizes safety, quality, and reliability as we produce engineered fiber solutions for automotive NVH applications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous working experience in a manufacturing production facility preferred
• Standing for long periods (8-10 hours) with occasional lifting to maximum of 25 lbs
• Must pass pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check
• Must be reliable with adequate transportation
• Manufacturing or factory experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Previous production/light industrial employment experience is preferred
• Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to work within established safety guidelines for the plant and assigned work area
• Ability to work in a factory environment with exposure to moderate levels of noise, dust, heat, moving machinery and fork lift traffic
