Job summary

NexForm Technologies, headquartered in Battle Creek, Michigan, is seeking experienced Section Supervisors to lead a high‑performing production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay of $70,000–$80,000, and growth opportunities within a stable, innovative company focused on employee success. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees and Team Leaders.
• Drive daily production to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
• Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to solve problems and improve performance.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor production metrics, staffing, and operational performance.
