Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production team members and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Provide on-the-job training and maintain housekeeping in the work area.
• Promote a safe work environment using 5S, job rotation, and ergonomic practices.
• Evaluate team performance and participate in staffing decisions.
• Monitor and improve production methods, tool design, and cost controls.
