Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to meet safety and productivity standards.
• Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and equipment changeovers per procedures.
• Complete production and inventory documentation accurately.
• Identify and escalate equipment, process, quality, and safety issues.
• Support training and day-to-day coordination in the assigned area.
