Mach10 Solutions is hiring a Production Equipment Operator to maintain high-quality output and efficient manufacturing workflows. You will ensure machinery operates at peak performance while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include organizing workstations, following 5S practices, documenting data, and safely handling chemicals. You will collaborate across departments to optimize production flow and promptly address irregularities with PPE in place.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manual dexterity and eye‑hand coordination for precise machine operation.
• Basic math and the ability to read/interpret technical manuals in English.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, reaching, and kneeling.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an organized, timely, and safety-conscious manner.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing processes according to established packaging instructions to ensure consistent product output.
• Prepare and organize your workstation to facilitate a seamless and efficient production flow.
• Maintain a clean, orderly environment by strictly adhering to 5S methodology standards.
• Document production data accurately on process papers, control sheets, and charts to ensure traceability.
• Safely manage and handle all chemical materials in strict compliance with safety data protocols.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize the movement of production lots and enhance overall team efficiency.
• Monitor equipment and product status, immediately escalating any irregularities to supervisory staff.
• Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently to maintain a safe work environment.
