Elucent Medical is seeking a Production Technician for the 2nd shift to assemble the Elucent Capital System, including an electromechanical chassis, computer, display and patient pad. You will read assembly drawings, electrical schematics and manufacturing procedures, using soldering and testing equipment to ensure system functionality.
Responsibilities include kitting, sub-assembly, testing, depot/repair work, and strict adherence to work instructions and ESD procedures.

The Production Technician will build the Elucent Capital System, which consists of an electromechanical chassis, computer, display, and an electrical patient pad. This will require understanding assembly drawings, electrical schematics and manufacturing procedures. This will require using equipment such as soldering equipment, electrical test equipment (oscilloscope, multi-meter), vision systems and standard mechanical tools for assembly.

2+ Years manufacturing, preferably in medical device
GED or HS equivalent
Solder experience (lead-free surface mount and thru hole) required.
Detail oriented.
Proficient in building devices, fixtures, and assisting in general areas.
Self-starter who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift 55 lbs and stand for 4 hrs. Light manufacturing.
