This position is primarily responsible for directing and coordinating production activities to achieve production, quality, and cost objectives while meeting customer demands. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and scheduling operations; providing leadership, training, coaching, and ongoing feedback to production personnel; and ensuring adherence to quality system requirements. The role also focuses on optimizing operations by motivating and supporting associates on the assigned shift to achieve business goals and drive continuous improvement.
Shift Hours: 3:00PM - 11:00PM, Monday through Friday
Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 annually, depending on skills and experience.
