Job summary

Elucent Medical is seeking a Production Technician for the 2nd shift in Eden Prairie, MN. You will build the Elucent Capital System and sub-assemblies, using mechanical assembly and soldering while following electrical schematics and manufacturing procedures.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, electrical experience, soldering (lead-free SMT and through-hole), and a GED or HS equivalency. This is a full-time, in-person position with a Monday-Thursday schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years manufacturing experience, preferably in medical devices.
• GED or HS equivalency required.
• Electrical experience is required, soldering skills essential.
• Startup or small company experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in kitting, cycle counting and general materials processes as applicable.
• Assemble Envisio system sub-assemblies using standard mechanical assembly processes and electrical soldering.
• Perform mapping and system assessments/tests to ensure functionality of Envisio systems.
• Perform depot and repair processes for the Envisio system.
• Transfer released materials to inventory.
• Adhere to work instructions and document corresponding work done.
• Exhibit good documentation practices.
• Build test articles and fixtures for prototyping and pilot needs.
• Maintain compliance with ESD protection procedures.
