Join to apply for the Production Technician - 2nd Shift role at Alloy Enterprises Inc.

This position involves working within the Part Production team to build parts for customers at Alloy’s production facility. The role reports to the Shift Lead, who provides on-site training and support from lead technicians.

This role requires being onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Operate Alloy’s metal manufacturing systems, including laser cutting, bonding presses, and sheet handling equipment.
• Follow safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Review, update, and submit manufacturing records and work orders.
• Perform quality checks and inspections on final parts and test material properties.
• Support troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Assist with inventory, shipping, and receiving.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 2 years of manufacturing or tech industry experience.
• Attention to detail and efficiency in completing tasks.
• Experience working under deadlines.
• Mechanical aptitude, comfort with tools and equipment.
• Ability to follow procedures and document data.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently, 50 lbs with assistance.
• Familiarity with metrology, 3D printing, robotics, CNC machining, or spreadsheets is a plus.
