Job summary

Primo Brands in Taunton, MA is seeking a Production Technician - Blow Mold to operate and maintain blow mold equipment and related line machinery. The role requires performing setup, changeovers, and routine checks while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

This position offers a 5:00 am–1:30 pm schedule, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime and holiday/weekend work as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior experience in high-volume beverage manufacturing is a

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Strong English language skills for customer communication and teamwork.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Exposure to high-speed production or basic maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment including blow mold machines, fillers, labelers, case packers, palletizers, wrappers, and forklifts.
Record preventive maintenance, quality data, downtime, and production output.
Adhere to GMPs and safety standards; participate in safe behavior programs.
Communicate issues affecting operations to maintain quality and efficiency.
Aim to meet or exceed performance metrics like efficiency and downtime.
Assist with line improvements and cross-training in other areas.
