Job summary

Primo Brands in Taunton, MA, is seeking a Production Technician - Blow Mold to operate and maintain blow mold equipment, perform setup and changeovers, and conduct quality checks to ensure safety and efficiency.

You will work 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime during training and holidays. Strong teamwork and communication are essential as you help optimize line performance and uphold GMP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in clean manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work the scheduled shift including start-up and handover meetings.
• Exposure to high-speed production and/or basic maintenance is preferred.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience.
• Strong communication skills both face to face and over the radio.
• Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment.
• Record preventive maintenance activities, quality data, downtime, and output.
• Adhere to safe work practices, GMP, and safety observation programs.
• Communicate effectively when issues prevent operating to standards.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including efficiency and downtime.
• Attend shift, team, and plant meetings during scheduled times.
• Interact with QA and Maintenance to maximize output and efficiency.
