This position is based in a climate-controlled, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility focused on machining and production quality. You will work on the third shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. in an environment that supports built-in quality (BIQ), Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), LEAN, and 5S practices. The role involves frequent use of precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and interaction with CMM reports and blueprints. The facility provides nice uniforms and regularly hosts food trucks, contributing to a clean, professional, and comfortable workplace. The setting emphasizes organization, efficiency, and continuous improvement while supporting a structured, contract-to-hire employment arrangement.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winston-Salem, NC.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
