ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Technician in Westborough, MA to support assembly of electro-mechanical equipment and robotic components. You will join a manufacturing team focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.

The role requires a High School diploma, the ability to stand 7+ hours and lift up to 30 pounds, and familiarity with handheld scanners and basic data entry. The shift is 6:00am–3:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a competitive pay and benefits after joining.

Responsibilities

• Support the production of complex electro-mechanical equipment through hands-on assembly of robotic components.
• Assist with warehouse material handling, including moving, staging, and delivering materials to workstations.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory accuracy by proper documentation, scanning, and organization of parts.
• Perform quality inspections and document actions to ensure adherence to quality standards.

As a Production Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the assembly and handling of robotic components. Pay Range: $18.41

Shift: 6:00am to 3:00pm Mon to Fri
