Job summary

Standex International, via its Sensor Solutions division, is seeking Production Technicians in Colorado to manufacture, assemble and test sensors. You will operate equipment, document time, and ensure quality per process specs.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with expectations of precise workmanship and team collaboration. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be able to read, write and speak English fluently, and demonstrate attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to handle and assemble small parts with accuracy.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking of English is required.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture components, assemble, solder and test sensors and related products.
• Operate equipment per process specifications and document time against manufacturing orders.
• Ensure products meet current quality requirements and raise issues when needed.
• Follow production rules and continuously look for process improvements.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance and working under fast-paced conditions.

Seeking Production Technician!

Production Technicians

are responsible for the manufacturing of components, assembly, soldering and testing of sensors and other products. These individuals manufacture products using controlled processes under the direct supervision of the production supervisor. This person is responsible for the quality of their work and meeting all Quality System requirements for the tasks assigned. Full time needed: 8am-4:30pm.

What You'll Do

• Assists with the movement of materials through the workstations and properly label all bins and trays
• Ensure product meets the current quality requirements
• Raises issues or concerns with components, processes, documentation when needed
• Responsible for operating equipment and processes per process specifications
• Responsible for documenting time to appropriate manufacturing orders
• Responsible for following process specifications and production rules
• Helps with improving processes throughout the department or center of excellence
